It was announced recently that Castle’s fictional character Richard Castle is releasing a real-life book in September but now Rick has joined the social media network Twitter. Twitter allows users to post short messages updating their followers on what they’re currently doing. Rick Castle was introduce to Twitter by his daughter Alexis with the following post: “Hey this is Alexis — just set this account up for my dad — he’s a little unsure about it. Tweet him so he feels welcome!”.
CastleTV.net has verified that the account is legitimate and now we’re asking you to check it out and encourage others to follow. Following Richard Castle is going to be a lot of fun. Actor Nathan Fillion has also posted about the new twitter user: “I know it’s not followfriday, but I’m following the real Richard Castle. This is gonna be fun!”
If you haven’t used Twitter before you’ll need to sign up for an account. The twitter link for the account is http://twitter.com/WriteRCastle
